Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept a return on products shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (ex. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- We DO NOT send return labels.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the received date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all the packaging intact.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
- Items of the Day, Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
- Handmade and made to order products are FINAL SALE!
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
